At just 22 years old, James Harrison travelled to Sudan to support war relief efforts and was dramatically impacted. His eyes were opened to the determination pastors of indigenous areas demonstrated in traveling by foot to spread the gospel. Noting the large groups of individuals completely unaware of the bible and its teachings, James felt moved to get involved, thus founding With Open Eyes. This organization works to spread the word of God by training pastors using valuable curriculum, as well as providing transportation in order to raise outreach capabilities and impact more hearts.
